Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling salads or desserts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Build positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Note: Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
